In the pleasant and luxurious surroundings of the Elegance Beauty Residences in Senjak, the first training cycle organized by the Elegance Academy begins in the fall.

Professional education, the acquisition of a certificate for work in the cosmetic industry and basic knowledge about the culture of business behavior, will provide participants with the opportunity for a business career in a very popular and sought-after profession.

After many years of successful work in cosmetics industry, Elegance Group has decided to share its knowledge and experience through an educational system based on training, splitted into 20 different modules.
As part of the Elegance Academy, we train staff in all the necessary skills for working in our salon and the salons of franchisees according to the licensed program and curriculum. After complex training, completed at least two modules and passed exams, Academy participants are ready to respond to job requirements immediately and in the best way, because 50% of the training is based on practical work, with the guidance of experienced experts in this field.
The modules for which training is organized are: cosmetics, make-up, massage, pedicure and manicure, eyelashes, depilation, mesotherapy...

Through the Beauty Academy, Elegance Group realizes its long-established mission, which basically has a pedagogical and humanitarian character. We will provide training for young people who are increasingly interested in jobs in the field of face and body care. It is noticeable in all media, especially on social networks, that a lot of attention is paid to appearance, but at the same time this is not accompanied by adequate professional and pedagogical support.
For us, beauty is an art and that's how we treat it, that's how we'll train our students to be real artists in their field, to value their work, effort and skill, but also their clients.
Our intention is to raise the training system for face and body care services to a higher level, insisting on the right measure in everything. Business ethics, etiquette, attitude towards clients are the basis of any further work, because in this way an atmosphere of trust, appreciation, and respect is built, of course with top cosmetic treatment.

The first program we start working with is "Basic training in facial cosmetic care".

The training is intended for people who want to train themselves for independent work in the profession.

Wanting to incorporate our business philosophy into the foundations of the Academy, the specificity of our school will be additional training in etiquette, business ethics and communication, which will enable participants not only to achieve the right approach in relation to clients in the salon, but will also mean to them in their further professional development.

The goal of the training is not a demonstrative exercise or brand promotion, but recognition of the need to modernize classic protocols with modern modules, but also to train the protocols through a sufficient number of hours and train the participants for independent work.

Specialized knowledge is of crucial importance and with our help you will become a top beautician, but that is not enough to build a stable and advanced career, you need to possess other skills, which mainly concern the culture of communication and business etiquette. That's why our courses are different, enriched with additional lectures included in the training price, which also include the basics of nutrition, aesthetics in cosmetology, and good manners, taught by experienced lecturers and experts with many years of experience.
